Comfortable room with prompt repairs for a leaking washbasin. Professional and welcoming staff made us feel safe and at home. Good breakfast and dinner menu choices with attentive service. Neat details like complimentary cookies and water.

The breakfast was out of this world, with a stunning view across the bay and the bridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The modern bedroom had beautiful lighting settings and a spacious feel. And let's not forget the delicious warm walnut cookie I received at reception upon arrival, the perfect sweet touch. This is truly the best hotel I've ever stayed in!

The rooms were clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel had a lovely decor and setting. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel.

I had an amazing stay here! The room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided me with one of the best nights of sleep I've had. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the rainfall shower was absolutely incredible. The breakfast was definitely worth the extra payment, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking, especially of the new bridge and the river.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our kids. The location was very convenient, being very close to a public transportation hub which allowed us to easily catch a bus into the city without having to drive. The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the bridges from the hotel.

The restaurant did not meet our expectations and the menu options were limited.

This place has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Great location with hot plates in the restaurant and lovely views of the bridges. The service is exceptional, always providing room service, laundry and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities including a mini-bar and separate tub and shower. They also have a variety of facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and garden area.

I had some issues with the service from one staff member, but overall the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this venue to family and friends if they are in the area.
